Death on the Nile which is a sequel to Murder on the Orient Express (2017) is the third screen adaptation of Agatha Christie’s 1937 novel. The film, directed by Kenneth Branagh, is ready to be released starting Thursday, February 10, 2022, in theaters.
The director Kenneth Branagh also starred in Death on the Nile as Hercule Poirot, a former police officer and private detective who is famous worldwide. Written by Michael Green, this film also stars a number of well-known artists, including the ‘Wonder Woman’ Gal Gadot, Tom Bateman, Annette Bening, Russell Brand, Dawn French, and Letitia Wright.
Death on the Nile was originally scheduled to be released on December 20, 2019. However, the COVID-19 pandemic and allegations of sexual harassment against Hammer made the release schedule of this 127 minute film delayed several times.

Synopsis
Belgian private detective Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh)’s vacation on the steamship Karnak sailing on the Nile is completely changed after Linnet Ridgeway-Doyle (Gal Gadot), a passenger who is on their honeymoon with her partner, Simon Doyle (Armie Hammer). ), was found dead horribly with a shot in the head.
Poirot immediately launched an investigation aboard the yacht to uncover the perpetrators of the murder. Various evil intrigues complicate the process of investigation carried out on a cruise ship against the backdrop of beautiful panoramas of the vast Egyptian desert and the splendor of the pyramids of Giza.
