West Ham, who are in their best form, will face Manchester United, a team that was once a Premier League giant and even a Champions League champion but is now struggling to rediscover their best form. The two teams will fight in the 18th round of the 2023/24 English Premier League, ahead of the ‘Boxing Day’ schedule, after Christmas.
West Ham has shown impressive form in the English Premier League recently. In their last six matches, they have suffered only one defeat. In fact, they managed to beat Tottenham with a score of 2-1 at home.

In fact, they lost 3-0 to a weaker team, Bournemouth. Man United’s away form has also been less than convincing, with just one win from their last five away games in all competitions.
One of Man United’s big problems is their attack. Even though they have spent a lot of money on strikers recently, they are still struggling to score goals.
Erik ten Haq’s team has only scored 18 goals in 17 matches and is ranked 6th on the list of teams with the worst attacks in the Premier League this season. In fact, their new player, Rasmus Hojlund, has yet to score a goal in the English Premier League.
However, don’t rush to count Man Utd out. They have a long history of success and thanks to the many talented and experienced players in the team, the team based at Old Trafford is sure to be able to change the game in an instant.
West Ham, on the other hand, have every reason to be optimistic. They have shown that they can compete with the best teams and they will hope to continue their good form. They only have one player, Michail Antonio, who is unable to play due to injury, so they will have a strong squad for this match.
With 28 points, and only 1 point behind Man United, West Ham, who are ‘on fire’, has the opportunity to win three points and move Man United down. Currently ‘The Hummers’ are in 9th place, and Man Utd is in 7th place.
