Al-Shabab will host Al-Nassr at Al-Shabab Club Stadium (Riyadh) on Monday, 11 December 2023, in the quarter-final match of the 2023 Saudi Arabian King’s Cup. This match will be a test for both teams, who have ambitions to win the title champion in the oldest tournament in Saudi Arabia.
Al Shabab, who were King’s Cup champions in 2014, hope to repeat their past achievements. However, the team coached by coach Igor Biscan is experiencing a decline in form, having never won in their last four matches in the Saudi Pro League. Al Shabab is also in an unsafe position in the Saudi League, with only four points from the relegation zone.
Al Nassr, on the other hand, who are 3-time Saudi Pro League champions in 2014, 2015 and 2019, are looking to add to their trophy collection this season with the King’s Cup.
