Newcastle and Chelsea will meet in an interesting friendly match on Wednesday, 26 July 2023. Both teams are showing big ambitions ahead of the new season, so this match will be a tough test for the two coaches, Eddie Howe vs Mauricio Pochettino.
Newcastle managed to break into the top four of the Premier League last season under the tutelage of Eddie Howe, and became one of the four representatives of England in the 2023/24 Champions League group stage.
