The story of the alliance of two tough women in facing life’s difficulties is presented in the latest drama series, ‘The Magical Women’, which is scheduled to start airing on Saturday, April 1, 2023. Directed by Chen Chang, this 20-episode web-drama can be watched online via the platform iQIYI live stream videos.
The drama series that focuses on the life stories of two single mothers, Su Fei and An Ning, played by Qin Lan and Deng Jia Jia, tells of the emotional suffering they must go through after they both experience breakdown in their marriage. One has to deal with a cheater, while the other has to deal with a cheating partner.
The script for the drama ‘The Magical Women’, also known as ‘Their Counterattack’, was written by Xue Jiang. Several other artists who also performed included Zhang Jun Ning, Bao Jian Feng, Wu Xiao Liang, Tian Yi Tong, and Zhang Tian Yang.

The Magical Women Storyline
Su Fie (Qin Lan) is a tough woman who at first looks successful in both career and love. But her life immediately fell apart after she found out that her husband was a fraud who was after her wealth.
Apart from being emotionally depressed due to her husband’s betrayal, Su Fie also still has to face a number of crises at work. Fortunately, in a downturn she meets An Ning (Deng Jia Jia).
Even though they have very different personalities, these two women both experience the destruction of their marriage due to the evil deeds of their partners. They join hands to start a new life, choosing not to swallow their anger anymore but to confront the man who has ruined their lives face to face.
