The studio that has produced many entertainment films (The Lego Movie and Smallfoot), Warner Animation Group, is back to produce an interesting and new 3D computer animation show, DC League of Super-Pets. Aimed at all ages, the film will premiere on July 29, 2022 according to the screening schedule at the local cinema networks.
The DC League of Super-Pets will adapt the superhero group from DC Comics, Legion of Super-Pets. That’s why this film features, not ordinary superheroes, but superpowered animals. To tell the story of the “Super-Pets”, Jared Stern was appointed as director.
Jared’s reputation in the world of animation has been built by his experiences as one of the writer of The Lego Batman Movie and The Lego Ninjago Movie. Aside from him, Sam Levine who has been involved in various Disney films, such as Hercules and Treasure Planet, will co-direct this film.
The characters in the film are certainly quite recognizable to people, especially to DC Comics fans. So, these characters need voice actors who are able to meet the expectations of the audience. The duo Dwayne Johnson (Moana) and Kevin Hart (The Secret Life of Pets) will play the two main characters, namely Krypto and Ace. In addition, several co-stars will also enliven the film: Kate McKinnon (Finding Dory), John Krasinski (The Office), Diego Luna (Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans), and Keanu Reeves (The Matrix).

Synopsis
Krypto (Dwayne Johnson) is Superman’s (John Krasinski) pet dog and best friend. They both have the same power and have always been the protector of the city of Metropolis from all the evil that is in it.
However, Krypto feels increasingly distant from his owner due to Superman’s close relationship with a journalist named Lois Lane (Olivia Wilde). Annoyed ny the relationship, he distanced himself.
One day, Superman and the members of the Justice League were kidnapped by criminals. Crypto wants to save them, but he can’t do it alone. Therefore, the dog gathers a group of shelter animals that have recently acquired superpowers to carry out a rescue mission: Ace (Kevin Hart), PB (Vanessa Bayer), Merton (Natasha Lyonne), and Chip (Diego Luna).
