Synopsis
Da Yu (Jackie Li), a 32-year-old working woman, resigns from her job because she is not satisfied with the policies taken by her boss. Not only lose her job, on the same day Da Yu also lost her boyfriend.
She accidentally meets Xiao Yu (Wan Peng), a 22 year old girl who has the same name as her. Xiao Yu had also recently quit her job because she was bored.
Da Yu and Xiao Yu start to become roommates, living under the same roof even though each has different attitudes and views towards life. A year of living together without having a job makes the two girls slowly begin to change and depend on each other.
Da Yu followed Xiao Yu’s lead to be more daring to try new things. Moreover, her age which is more than 30 years become a barrier for her to make a job application in line with the strict requirements in the corporate world.
Meanwhile, Xiao Yu realized the importance of hard work, not just casual work, to be appreciated by her superiors.
