  • 250 gr triangular flour
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 125 butter
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp white jelly
  • 100 cc of water
  • 100 gr tsp sugar
  • 500 cc of liquid milk
  • 30 gr cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla

How to Make Fruit Pie Cake

Steps:

  1. Mix some of these ingredients at once, namely 250 grams of flour, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, 125 grams of butter. After that, mix it using a wooden spoon or pastry knife until it becomes grainy then add the egg yolks, and mix well.
  2. Shape the dough into rounds, then place the pie mold in a mold that has been smeared with butter. Don’t forget to use a fork to poke the bottom of the pie so it doesn’t bubble.
  3. Now it’s time to bake. Pay attention to the temperature of 165/170’c fire up and down and start to bake the pie until it is cooked. It will take about 25 minutes or according to individual oven.
  4. Take cornstarch then melt with liquid milk (as needed), mix 5 egg yolks, mix well.
  5. Now boil the remaining liquid milk plus +- 100 grams of sugar until it boils. Add the cornstarch and egg yolk mixture, stir quickly, then let it boil again. Lift. and set aside.

Making Materials For Sprinkles

  • Take 1 tsp clear agar, bring to a boil with 1 tbsp sugar and 100 cc of water.

Presentation

As a final serving, fill the pie with vla (fla), additional fruit garnish, and pour 1 tsp of clear jelly. And ready to serve.
